I moved to Utah and was tired of getting Mud/Snow/ Ice on my windows and caked inside my fenders. So I made some Fender Liners and Mudflaps.

Here is my tire carrier I designed that will work with my current All-Pro Plate bumper. I will hopefully get this built this fall. Stay Tuned!

I have gotten questions about the Snorkel and Glassworks fenders. Here are some Pics. Basically it is 3" Exhaust that is cut/ Bent into sections and then Tig Welded Together. It is acually made up of three pieces. A section that runs up the Passenger side A-Pillar and into the fender, then a Silicone 90 degree fitting, and then another section that puts it inline with the factory Intake.

*** Update** I added a 4" flex coupler to mate up with the snorkel intake and the factory pre-screen filter. The engine had too much vibration upon starting up and would loosen the clamp/ screws of the small snorkel support. I need to re-paint my intake tube once I am satisfied the flex coupler provides enough play for this connection.

Finally did the Diff Breather Mod. When I unscrewed the old breather, it sounded like I deflated a basketball. It clearly was not working.

Went down to Moab for the weekend. Ran 7 Mile Rim, Spring Canyon, Hey Joe (Turned around due to overgrowth), La Sal Truck Trail, Geyser Pass/ Summit, Chicken Corners.

So I have been wanting a Roof Top Tent but don't want it sticking above the cab. My truck already gets 12 - 17mpg depending upon the direction of the wind (Bone stock it had an EPA Rating of 15 - 18mpg). Another issue is that I have fiberglass bedsides which do not strengthen the composite bed like the factory bedsides did. As a result, I have designed a Tent Rack that is tied into my shock bed cage and then is tied into some custom stanchions.

The stanchions have the curve in them because of where the Tailgate/ latch clasp are mounted. The Tent support frame is basically tall enough so I can still get my 15lb CO2 Tank out with ease.

Some pictures of the Tent Frame Mock, and a Tire Carrier that I designed to work with my existing All-Pro High Clearance Plate Bumper.

Pics from a while ago when I moved my switch panel to the head Liner. I use my sunglass compartment so I didn't want to mount my switches there like most owners.

The switch panel I designed and had cut out at a local waterjet facility.

Very slick ride. Just about to pull the trigger on the TC 3.5". In NY now, but will be moving back to Utah in a couple years so definitely looking for that articulation. I'm still going to be SOA in the rear until I get out that way. As far as your glass did you work directly with glassworks unlimited on getting those out? I keep hearing some horror stories about them.

I used to live in San Diego so I just drove to Glassworks and picked them up. I would think that you might need a wood crate or some wood structure over the bedsides/ fenders in order to get them shipped. Good luck on your build!
