    Check your engine bay after service. I took my 16 there and after the first scheduled service, they spilled break fluid, didn't top off windshield fluid but left the cap open as well as the engine cover undone.

    Punks also did a 100 miles test run on my truck after installing a new computer module and ran the gas tank dry. Luckily the qt is down the street from there. Great guys.
