2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road

Hello All - Just purchased a 2016 TRD Off Road and I am trying to figure out some options for bed rack systems. My Tacoma came with the factory Tri-Fold Tonneau cover which I think my limit my options as I would like to keep it on. However, would like to have bed rack system to mount cargo box and kayak. Is anyone aware of a system that will work with the factory tri-fold still in place?
