    These lowers are probably 2-3 years old. They didn't make many sets of them, and I don't think they even make the OEM length ones anymore

    May LCAs look like theyll deliver on Monday, i will have to do it during the week with how busy my schedule is. Then alignment, this whole thing really f'd my schedule up.

    Zerks are also generally NPT ( pipe thread ) witch is a tapered thread and people commonly over tighten them thinking that they have to be bottomed out...sometimes they do sometimes they don't...when they are snug they are done.

    Correct and a great way to break them. Only a few threads are needed. I was just saying to at least check the area for powdercoat before screwing them in.

    Mine are opening out to the tires, that way I just have to lift the front end to get a grease gun seated and grease actually going into the bushings.

    So when I got my truck back, I noticed the shop that did the chopping on my truck has adjusted my coils to have more preload than when I dropped it off. I know the extra lift can provide more "clearance" for my 35s, but now the truck rides like a brick. If I want to keep the the lift height but get the ride quality back, will upgrading from the 600 13" to a 700 14" help the ride, or will it be the same? I know the preload on the spring isn't helping my ride now.
