Seeing as a ton of people are sub'd to this thread, anyone have any experience with Valley Toyota in Victorville CA? Trying to go in for my 5k service and have them check the ATF.

So this post is not worthless, I rewired my light bar and OEM+ audio wiring. Looks slightly cleaner now than it did before.

I couldn't tell either. Lol. I'm a very literal person so after I read it again (after I posted) I noticed the sarcasm.

You can always get a custom one. There are people who will make it say or look like whatever you want! That's what I did.

Ok, thank you. Definitely have me reconsidering, especially considering the price tag. The franchisee is willing to do what ever he needs to do to make this right though. So that helps.

Yes. The boards do protect impacts from doors on passenger cars. Not so much from higher SUVs.

Got some tint and steps today.

Tint is carbon ceramic film, 90 for the windshield, 35 fronts, 5 everything else.

The steps are OEM side steps. 12 bolts, 12 washers, 12 lock washers... done in 15mins.

    Next up - Retrax ProMX

Anybody know of a gas can or rotopax that could fit behind the seats of our taco? I have a 5gallon gas can from long back, but it's too big to lug around. I wanted to keep an emergency fuel reserve.

I think i successfully made a "build page". Take a look if you're interested. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/louies-build-2016-trd-off-road-double-cab.417631/
I'm interested in the light bar mount location. I've been thinking about that. Do you think the grill blocks much of the light? In your opinion.

The BakFlip G2 is not heavy by no means as it is aluminum. It fits well and I am happy with it.
