Just picked up some 4Runner TRD Pro Wheels and 265/70/17 BFG KO2s for my 2016 Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4. Can I used the stock lugnuts until I can order some black ones? I searched but I didn't see this addressed. Thx!

Yes and keep your stock lugs, you don't need black. You have no contrast with black wheels on black tires, stock lugs look great and add a little contrast.
