265/65/17 vs LT 265/70/17 opinions needed plz

My LTX MS2's are ready to be replaced. 64,000 miles with 2 x-country tow trips so not bad.

The new Defender LTX in 265/65/17 are rated 112 while the LTX LT265/70/17's are E-rated.

The LTX MS2's were 110 rated and started limping along after 50,000 miles.

I tow 4-6,000 highway miles a year under 3,500 lbs plus 2x-3x a month around town.

Truck 2008 TRD Sport DC
I did the TSB for rear springs years ago.
Front end wheel bearings +other misc replacement of parts while at it
Nose is raised but not level. (up 1" to 1.5" if I recall)
New Bilsteins all around

I get the gas mileage loss with the LT265/70 and E rated tire weight over stock 265/65/17's.
A little Rougher ride with the LT's too (but its a damn truck)
The LT tires are 50k warranty vs 70k
Cost diff is +$60 on LT265 total

So....for my use am I better off with the LT tires? Opinions?
