Has anybody had their tacoma repainted?

I was just wondering if anybody has? The paint on my truck is ok but there is a lot of scratches and a few small dents from the previous owner. Its hard to tell from a distance, but up close it prety bad. I think most are too deep to buff out and it is almost a 10 year old piant job. Just wondering about how much would it be if I went to a good body shop? If you have repainted your tacoma (or any car) were you satisfied with the paint or do you wish you would have just left it alone?

 

Any pics of the damage to the paint? Anything some polish/wax on the scratches and dry ice for the dents could fix? Could save you a lot of cash.

 

I know someone is getting theirs redone, I think its MichaelDenney (i think thats correct) he's got a 1 st gen single cab dark green so you could ask him.

 

HBTacoma got his repainted black, as it was Indigo Ink Blue before it got painted.

 

No pics of the scratches. My camera broke. Here is a pic of the worst damage. I guess some one hit it pulling into a parking space? Its right above the mud flap big dent and the trim around the fender is crimped because of it. Sorry no pics of scratches Ill see if I can borrow my dads camera and get some of the scratches.
