I'd be willing to bet that Scott, at Mass Diesel Performance in Bellingham could squeeze out at least that much more power from one of those things.

I bet. The video I watched was a tuner and that was their initial shot at tuning it. I'm sure there are shops out there that are really going to make that thing cook right along. It has 370 ft-lb of torque from the factory, that's nothing to turn your nose up at. I think it has potential.

I have a small weber at home but honestly my parents gave us that. If they hadn't I would just use the llbean ogrill which I love and is really portable.

Mike, you might want to go to Bass Pro Shop. I'm not sure if they carry the grill that you are interested in but they have all the models that they sell set up and on display

That's awesome. Honestly, I'm pretty surprised. It was there when we bought the camper and I never used it

Ohh yea, Scott knows how to get torque to the ground on oil burners. He would regularly attend and host events for the New England Turbo Power Diesel club that I used to belong to. One year we had a dyno day and his mechanics truck was slipping on the rollers. A bunch of guys got in the bed to add weight (not the smartest thing if you ask me) and he turned an ungodly number which I don't recall anymore. He's probably the best for diesel truck transmissions in the northeast.

I thought your screen name was familiar. I never posted to NETDP much, but I was a pretty regular user on TDR, both with the same screen name I have here.

Again I never used it so I am not exactly sure but you might need to change a switch over on the power inverter. It's located under the table on the left (drivers) side.

Yup, that's me. Did you ever make it down to any of the SeeFood meets? If so, I probably met you. Mine was a green reg cab (96) with home made steel bumpers. Jim bought my truck after the input grenaded on me. After the 4th tranny, I had enough. Now I miss that ol truck. I should have kept it and put a stick in the thing.
