So I've been in the process of installing my bumper and ran into some trouble.

The nuts that at welded to my front cross member that hold my skid plate on are stripped out from the PO.

What would be the best way to get rid of said bolts.

    Grinding or what??

I'll post a picture later, won't load right now.

Cutoff wheel on a grinder if you can get it in there. Should just be a pair of tack welds.

That's what I figured, its just 4 tack welds.

You could probably get a dremel with a cut off wheel in there too.

IIRC you have to remove that part to install the TG bumper. There should be a supplied metal strip with welded nut's that you place in the TG cross member to attach your skids.

That's not what the instructions say on the website, the bumper fits fine with it there, just can't the skid plate to work.
