    They only can, so you won't find bottles, if you do find any cans, definitely buy a few, well worth the age and wait. But the urge to resit drinking it is hard. I've got a few bottles of other beers laying around that I want to open up so badly but know I really should wait to drink them.

    Pacifico tonight. Love Pacifico in the summer. Went great with the taco salad last night. Those little metal things that shape the tortilla work pretty well. 375 degrees for 10 minutes. I don't miss the deep fried tortilla. (I do fry my corn tortillas for tacos though. that is a must)

    Yea I actually have never tried aging a beer... aside from Even more jesus by evil twin. I kept that one for a year and it was amazing but it was by accident.. i left it in the garage haha.

    Sounds just like me. I've got a closet box (as I don't have a proper cellar) with bottles of Fundamental Observation b2, mocha Wednesday, so happens it's Tuesday, bourbon County, and like 5 others that I can't even remember haha.
