I want to get some sliders, but I'd rather not spend a bunch of money for shipping.

Does anyone know who makes sliders close to Southern UT? Is there a fabricator in Las Vegas - that's the closest large city?

    Thanks,
    Trvlngnrs

Check Famous Fabrication, they are based out of Las Vegas. They are a vendor on here.

I'm located in St. George and would take a look at making you some. I have a 1st gen that I just completed a front bumper for...

No he had just ordered some from someone out of Cali by the time I had replied. Are you interested in a set? If so, I will probably be in Vegas later today and I could measure it all up to make a set for the second gens.

I get down to Vegas quite often too so I'll be in touch if you are serious about having some built.

I haven't shopped DOM tubing for a minute so I would need to get some material pricing. I'd build them to be fully functional for sure. I can price them both ways though if you would like. I assume 1.5" tubing is what I planned on using unless you want 1.75" or 2" but the price goes up obviously.

I think 1.5 would be fine

I've actually been doing some more research on designing a good set of sliders and the material that would be suitable yet cost effective...using DOM round tubing isn't substantially that much better or even using round tubing, except for uniformity, is necessarily the best option through the entire part. So given the pricing I've got I can build a set of 1-1/2" round tubing sliders for approximately $350 and 2" round tubing for approximately $400. That would be bare metal bolt-ons. I have a powder coater I use in Saint George but I would need to verify pricing...off the top of my head I would say a set would cost about $150 for blast and coating with fine texture black. I apologize for the delayed response, I just wanted to do a little research before I threw some pricing out there.
