Leaking Radiator

I don't want to cause another 3rd gen panic but I took my truck in for 20k service yesterday and received a call from the adviser that the top tank seam on my radiator was seeping. He said he's already seen a few of these. Just curious if anyone else has heard of this happening on a 3rd gen or if anyone knows if the radiator is new for '16?

 

I'm not concerned, these things happen and I'm lucky the dealer caught it so early, gave me a free loaner car and should have it replaced today, couldn't really expect anything better. Just curious if it's a new design that I might want to keep an eye on. I'm guessing it's just a manufacturing defect and not a design issue.
