Very often. I have a bit of a lead foot. Highway speeds not so much. At 80mph I'm running 2K rpms.

 

The cam profile on the 4.0 is really inhibited in the mid to top end. A CAI isn't going to make that any better. Plus most of the time I've done intake changes it takes away from the low end to give to the high end. I want as much low-end in the truck as possible; not to mention the engines don't rev that quickly to begin with which means you won't be be in the RPM range that a CAI influences very much or that often.

But that's just my $0.02
