This thing came on the truck when I bought it several years ago, but doesn't have any markings. I'd like to replace a couple parts on it, but can't figure out the model. Anyone familiar with this one?

    Thanks in advance!

The only thing I've found is a serial number plate on the inside near the rear of the shell on the passenger side. It says it was made in Canada, has a bland passenger warning, and a pretty long serial number.
