Finally wrapping up night 1 - been awake for almost 22hours straight

We ate dinner at Hexx Kitchen and Bar and I had some damn food chicken and waffles



Then we went up the Eiffel Tower and watched the Bellagio fountain show. Awesome few from up there.



We went and hung out in Bellagio after that to check out the conservatory and got side tracked on the Craps table. Quickly went up $70 and ended up walking away down $47. Had to knock the rust off. It also didn't help that the table was hot and then the shooter yelled "Go Broncos" and hit craps. The table died after that and everyone left down. I hate the Broncos now...

Tomorrow we are going to hit up Wahlburgers and do some shopping and then have dinner at either Mesa Grille or Serendipity at Ceasers. We have tickets to see Absinthe at 10:00 which is also in Ceasers.

I told you that view from atop the Eifel tower looking at fountain show was awesome! Sounds like you had a fun first day .. enjoy the rest of your trip !

How was day 2 @ThunderCookies ?

 

Hot!

We went and walked around the strip and did some shopping at the miracle mile shops. We had lunch at Wahlburgers. It was good, but if they weren't famous it wouldn't be near as popular...

We ate dinner at Mesa Grille in Ceaser's, Bobby Flay's restaurant. It was good too but pretty expensive. We saw Absinthe last night. Really funny show.

Standing at the car rental place now getting ready to head to the Hoover Dam

 

You will be AMAZED by Hoover Dam .. expect to have your vehicle searched upon entry, they searched ours before entering

 

Hoover Dam was pretty cool. We didn't do any of the extra stuff they offered so we just walked across it and looked at all the views. It was really windy or we may have gone up to the memorial bridge. We didn't get inspected but I saw other cars being asked to pull over.

We got stuck in a Ford Fiesta so the drive there and back was rough. Not used to such a tiny car. Only cost $50 for the day so I can't really complain...

We hit InNOut Burger on the way back too

Going to has house tonight and then to see Penn&Teller to finish off the trip.

Penn & Teller put on a good show. My wife loves magic so she really liked it.

Hash house was amazing. So much food. I got the chicken and waffles and ate all the chicken but only half of the waffle. I brought the rest back to hopefully have for breakfast before we leave.



We walked around the forum shops at Ceaser's before the show. The architecture around here is awesome.

I also won back our money and got a little on top to go home in the green. My wife learned how to play craps so that was all we played. I let her play the first two nights and we walked away in the red both nights. I took the reigns tonight and won it all back in about 12min
