Cab mounted racks

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but I didn't see any specifically for racks. I have a 13 access cab and I was wondering if there are roof mounted racks that mount to whatever is under the rubber strips on the cab roof. I have a high topper with crossbars on it and a rack on the cab would make it easier to carry long items like long kayaks and sails.

I don't want to pull up that rubber strip and look until I have an idea if there is something that can utilize whatever is under it. Anyone know about this?

Not on the access cab; the double cab has mounting points for the OEM rack.
