    4 wheels, $200.
    Located in upstate SC.
    They were once derp'd/plastidip'd black at one point, but peeled it when I got new tires. Never cared enough to get every single little remnant off, nothing a little WD40 or some pressure washing won't take off. Bottom left wheel has a tiny tab of curb rash from the previous owner.

    I will not ship.
