As title states. I assume they have similar clips to the previous gen. I broke most of those on my first gen taking the flares off but it was 10 years old at the time. Just looking for some insight before I tear into it.

Yep. Clips. I had mine replaced in an accident. Maybe check with one of the bumper fabricators to if they have any tricks, since I know they have taken them off for mock-up. I remember seeing a truck in the SOSConcepts gallery with them temporarily off.

Good idea, thank you! I did alot of searching but couldn't find a clear answer. The clips are cheap but it would be nice to not need new ones.

they are very easy to remove... just undo the 4-6 bolt screws and then work from one end to the other but popping the fender flares off. Be sure to keep an eye on how much you flex/bend the flares so you don't destroy the paint/crack. the tabs all come out very easy by twisting a 1/4 turn minus the orange one towards the rear which will require some pliers or vise grips to remove

Thanks! That's the answer I was looking for. I'm not worried about the paint, they will be getting sanded down and bed lined.

I believe they are also held on with double-sided tape in addition to the clips.
