    Hey guys.
I'm converting my taco to 4wd. Yesterday I popped off some 4wd hubs off non abs spindles. (what a pain).
Anyways, I broke the conical bearing but I cannot seem to find it on a parts diagram. I see another bearing in the spindle too. So there are two bearings? One conical and one cylindrical?
I wanna buy the conical bearing I broke but I'm super confused as to finding the part number.
Here is a exploded view of the assembly i found online.
It shows 43515 which is an ABS sensor ring. Then 43501 which is the bearing.
Can anyone tell me how many damn bearings are in the hub and spindle or I believe the knuckle is what its called.
And what the conical bearing part # is.

    Thanks

So the 2nd pic is for a 5-lug Tacoma (2wd non Prerunner), which does have 2 bearings per side. The first pic is for a 6-lug (4x4 and Prerunner) like yours, and it does look like there's only 1 bearing per side but I'm not certain. I have no experience with 6-lug Tacos. I want to say that third picture is showing parts for 5-lugs, not 6-lugs. But again I'm not sure.

The part in the first diagram (43501/43502) is what you need. That bearing is technically two seperate conical bearings contained in the same outer race. Very common when pressing out the hub that the outer half of the bearing will break away.

I saw this a while back but came to this realization Patacoman2001 talks about before I logged back in to share my new findings.

    Patacoman you are correct.
I went crazy and went back to look at the hub. It is one big outer race with 2 bearings.
    Thanks
