    The 2002- 2004 injectors, the last years the 3.4 was made uses the DESNO injectors that have
    a 12 hole tapered injector that was introduced in 2002 and the droplets were gotten down to 50 um in size.
    A huge differance from the early 1997 DESNO injectors that were a 4 hole and 90 um droplet size,

    So in a nut shell the 2002-2004 injectors droplets spray size is almost twice as small for combustion and 12 holes instead of 4 with a better wider dynamic range.

    I know each setup is different and location also, but I'm at 5800 feet, 2.1 pulley, 2004 injectors,
    8-9 pounds of boost with ZERO PING issues.

    The part number would be a Toyota number for any 2004 Tacoma 3.4 v6 that came from Toyota.

    Hey guys,

    Can anyone help me out with my problem? I just rebuilt my supercharger, everything went back together great, but the nose is leaking oil...I assume from the bearing. Any thoughts as to why? Did I not seat the bearing enough or forget something? Has anyone had this problem?

    Any help or insight is appreciated.

    Either you messed up the seal, or the seal surface is "grooved"

    I used the kit from Rolling Performance. Could it be the seal and not the bearing?

    I've heard of people having issues with the viton seal being too stiff and causing leaks. It is most likely that and not the end of the world as long as you add oil from time to time.

    Yeah I would order a new seak and install it. Just remove the oil with a syringe and pull the seal out by puncturing it. Then press the new one in. No need to remove the SC.

    I can't remember why I reused the OEM one. I got one from rolling performance... Maybe I damaged it. Oh well, I'll try that.

    ICON/TC TRD Supercharger URD 2.2 and 7th
    I replaced my SC oil and the phenolic adapter. I put the nose cone back on with the red sealant supplied in the kit. I put it back together yesterday and the sealant still appears to be wet. Is this normal or should it dry eventually?
