    am installing some dakars tmrw and I did some all pro expos last month I'll give you a run down tmrw. But I really liked the expos. Truck was a 2014 with a camper shell.

    @Fernando If you don't regularly run about 300# worth of gear in your bed, the expos are stiff. Like jarringly stiff. I literally ran a box of rocks about 250# strapped in the bed just for DDing and being able to hit bumps and not have back issues. Now if you have 300#+ in the bed, they turn in to smooth butter leaves and ride magically. Just make sure your compression is on point to handle the load flex or you'll be bouncing off of bump stops at dips in the road.

    this is convincing me even more to go with air bags rather than a spring upgrade, so I can stiffen up for a road trip, towing, full load in bed, and run normal the rest of the time.

    Going to agree with @tacomgee here. With 700 lb. springs in the front and Dakars in the back, it rides like a truck when empty. Loaded and running at higher speeds is where it shines.
