Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    Ujoint
Likely the one closest to axle.

    I'm thinking U-Joint also.

Pro tip: If you pull the shaft to replace one, go ahead and do all three.

Mine squeaked when backing up and then stopped once I got all 3 universal joints replaced.

You have a prerunner..which means they aren't greasable... DONT replace them with OEM.. they are sealed.... replace them with greasable ones..pump em up with Mobil 1 Red...every 5k or so.... they will last MUCH longer.....

Well that isn't 100% true... My Prerunner came with Zerk Fittings on the U-Joints...

Some do and some don't. The only way to know is to look.

I have the same thing on my 2013 Sport. I greased the u joints (3 of them?) and it still does it. It only has 40,000 miles! I have never had u joints fail that fast. What else could it be? doesn't seem like the brakes.

Does it do it when you are pressing the brakes or when you are powering backwards?

The brakes don't seem to make a difference. I hit the emergency brake while backing up and that didn't effect it.
