i added a amp and bass sytem in my 16 tacoma trd, i wanted to keep the stock touch screen with backup camera and satellite radio, etc. so after i added a kit that adds an input plug for the amp, i put the radio back together but the backup camera does not come on. Anyone have any ideas to reset the backup camera system? Also the phone is not connecting to the speakers but it does connect through music bluetooth.

First things first is go back and check all your wiring. unplug/replug everything.

Can you explain what adapter/kit you used between the amp and HU, was it the Metra adapter? Is the new amp also powering the door speakers or just the subwoofer? The connectors on the HU that you have to use for the speakers/amp should have no impact on the backup camera. Maybe one of the other connectors/wires on the HU came loose during the upgrade.

Its called an input high and low. the amp is powering just my 10 inch subwoofer. the door speakers are not hooked up to the amp.
