Does anyone know if the Tacoma and V6 badges are removable with out damaging the paint or leaving holes?

Just need a hot day or hairdryer and some fishing line.
I use a heat gun on lowest setting.

No, this can easily be done at home. A little fishing line and a hairdryer.

This isn't exact, but the first part where he's using the thread to "saw" behind the badge is what you're looking for:

Just heat it up a little, and use some fishing line to "saw" behind the emblem. Then get some goo gone or goof off to clean up the sticky mess left behind. Hope this helps.

Heat up the emblems with a hair dryer to soften the glue behind them. Use the fishing line like floss and slide it back and forth in a sawing motion to cut through the glue.

Congrats on your truck! May I say great choice on all counts. I just picked mine up last week...sounds near identical to yours.

I debadged my last truck ('13 Tundra) and loved the look. I could hardly believe how easy it is. I didn't watch the video provided here, but just in case it's not mentioned make sure you wax over any spots you apply any adhesive remover...that stuff invariably removes any wax on the paint as well. Gotta protect that baby's skin
