Hahaha Mmmhmmm like I said just what I heard. Either way it's still good stuff!

I just got a few cases of royal purple in this week. Napa sells it and they deliver cost wise it's cheaper then red line . And I Think it's very similar. We will see tho just when I start o like something and get used to using it somebody goes and changes the who product line. Really throws a wrench on my plans.

 

Could just be a corporate office address the same way Safeway's address is in Dublin since that's where the corporate office is.

As far as oil, Royal Purple always seems to come in behind Red Line and Mobil 1 from all the tests I've seen, and Mobil 1 is cheaper. As long as you have the right amount in it though you're better off than most people.

 

all the tests say use pennzoil platinum or ultra platinum, should be the best in our application and it's available at wally world.

 

I actually just read an article on there new stuff. Made from natural gas. It's really cool. Definetly a good choice for engine oil. I was referring to gear oil For Royal purple. I don't do much engine work.

 

I ran Royal Purple Rain once, but my engine sounded like doves crying.

Oh yeah. I'm not so sure about royal purple. No experience, but I did read, with regards to lubricity, it was too slick for manual transmissions so the synchros weren't happy.
