Heading down in a few weeks for the first time. We are heading to Man WV, as our base camp, and staying at some cabins there. Really looking forward to the trip.

    Any major suggestions or advice?

I am bringing both a Honda CRF230L and a KLX 250S..... I would be an intermediate rider on trails - low intermediate perhaps. Have 80K miles of road riding across North America on my KTM 990.... So mid-intermediate experience as far as that goes. Not looking to go off piste with my 2016 Tacoma, but rather just trying to find a good swimming hole or beer drinking area on the bike or truck. Looking for a good restaurant to enjoy the local cuisine and company.....

    Thanks in advance.

Hey buddy, thats where i live at is in man. There is a few nice spots around our area, and a few you can take the taco to, thats not real bad to get to. Where you going to be staying at, and what weekend you coming down. Wouldnt mind to meetup with a fellow member.

Also there is a local bar and grille called keiths that has ac actual master chef that works there after 6p.m. Really good food, with most as homemade as can be. Good atmoshpere and good food, i havent been down there in a while, but has has about 6 different non local and local drafts last time i was there.

We are either staying at The Depot, or the other set of cabins directly beside it. But one or the other.... Arriving on Saturday July 30th, and leaving on the following Thursday. I would like to see a few cool spots, and appreciate your offer. Hopefully our paths will cross.
I should qualify my last post by indicating I don't generally mix alcohol and motor-vehicular activities, but rather at the end of the day when the last twist of the throttle is hit, or the truck is parked = then I looooove to have a beer.
I most likely will be the only white 4 door Tacoma with Ontario license plates in Man.

    Looking forward to it!

You would be amazed, there has been several ontario plates and peoples around for the trails. Have talked to several people from russia, australia, europe and places such as that. I dont mix alchohol with riding either. Im an evening, relaxing at end of the day kinda guy as well. I will be around that weekend, i also have a rzr xp900. Might be able to take you to a couple off the trail areas. We have alot of local close stuff. Or just take you around to a few smaller rides, just show a little scenary.
