I'm going to post in this section as it seems most appropriate. So as the title says I'm wondering about running a full belly pan and how it affects things such gear/tranny/transfer case fluids. Do the plates cause the fluids to overheat, as it traps in heat and reflects back at the diffs. I've notice some company offer "air holes" which makes me think these problems do happen. Also would running the aluminum version of the plates help heat transfer?. Anyway any insight would be appreciated, also I would running the rci steel one, as $300 more to save 50 pounds on aluminum doesn't seem worth it
