    I'll have to pass my recipe along to you. I do mine in open halves, with or without bacon and dusted with a healthy amount of Cotija cheese. Its a little easier to get a good melt on the cheese without the jalapenos getting too soft when you do them halved.

    best rub and seasoning selection around IMHO, maybe not the biggest but certainly the best quality. I buy all my supplies from them, went HAM on a slew of Meat Church products last night.

    I love mine, I use it 4 or 5 times a week but I will still be building a larger pit at some point. I need to go buy a new Gas Grill too for quicker stuff

    I am looking at It like building a truck. Eventually you will want to change something so do a rough sketch of the yard and what you think you want and do let it be set in stone. Basically my deck and grill will be set in stone but the rest of the yard can change
