Know what it's really hard to do with one arm. Those damn squats. Could not keep my balance. Ended up grabbing a jump box and putting it under me in the event I bit it. But never could get in position once I started going down

That saturated fat was so delicious. All that grease really lubed it up to slide right down.

It's now about 4 hours later and I feel like shit and will continue to do so for probably the next 2 days.

There's nothing more satisfying than going to a pizza buffet with mediocre pizza and eating a couple pounds of filth. I do love a good cici's pizza trip to get my pizza fix. If I went as often as I wanted i would be a disgusting slime ball sweating pizza grease

So my omron scale has me at 18.9% this morning which is the lowest it's ever read. Not sure how accurate that is but I also hit a new low weight 222.4

After gym came home and was down to 220 but not counting it since it was fasted.

We haven't had rain in forever and the. @zacharypaul89 comes up to camp and it decides to rain today  we need it.

I was actually up that way last night and started to go find your campsite and just crash your party.

Cruising through channels and saw cross fit games on... What in the flying saucer fuck is this bullshit about them moving equipment after reps?! They did some overhead squats and set the bar down...then picked up the mat, and some dude was carrying the rowing machine and the chick was rolling the weights...I was like what the fuck is this shit?

so final cheat mea......day complete until the 11th of August. So the most knowledgeable trainer at the gym I go to was discussing me bulking for the first time and basically said I am going to have work out twice a day to get to where I want while bulking. Until I am eating at a surplus he said I should eat at maintenance and lift but allow 30 minutes of cardio a day to get my body fat down. He suggested early morning cardio fasted and then doing all my weight training at night when I usually come in. He said that will also allow me to keep my food scheduled around the same times I already eat with my pre workout meal being substantially larger and more carb based than it has been And then once my bf % is well below 15% preferably around 11-12% then start eating at a surplus and drop the cardio to 2 very light 10 min sessions. Basically a warm up 10 min and 10 min cool down.

    Thoughts? Suggestions?

@Kerleyfries i believe in the next few weekends Kurt and I are building an outdoor pull up and dip station. Also picked up sledge hammers today, ordered ship rope and a few 3 in rings. So I will have Battle ropes, hammer strengths, tire flips, and many many more. Trying to figure out how to make a harness to be able to pull the tire and planning on building a sled too for the days I just don't want to go to the gym.
