Well hell, I'm in when the 12-15 mounts are ready! Looks like another built for stout bad ass Apex Fabworks product. Looking good Chris, keep up the great work.

    Chris,
Any plans for ditch light mounts for the hood? I know there are some available but I am really impressed with your craftsmanship and would like to see what you design.
    Thanks

Shoot me a PM with your order number and I'll send it. I have Cali send them to me to ensure everything gets shipped.

Thank you very much! I will keep everyone updated.

None at the moment. I don't have the CNC press brake to make these in mass. Though I am shopping for one haha. It won't be any time soon.

And thanks for the very nice words! This is why I do some of the parts I make. I love being able to do things better!

I broke down and installed this today using an upgraded OPT7 14 gauge harness and Mictuning LED switch. Wasn't as bad as I thought, just super hot outside.

Yup, the caliraised light bars and Apex mounts are definitely a winning combination.
I was coming home tonight after work and was on a city street, street lights
not too bright so I turned on the light bar and lit everything up, waiting for street lights
    to start going out, lol.
So as I am driving I have my finger on the switch in case a car pops
up as I didn't want to blind them. And wouldn't you know it as I am approaching the top
of a small hill a police officer was there. I hit the switch and thought oh crap he is
going to turn around, not that it would have been a big deal anyway, but just my luck.
Anyway he did not, although if I had left it on I bet he would have.
Again excellent products from both CaliRaised and APEX.

4d stealth mount with headlights on... I need to play with the angle of the bar in the dark a little to get it just right though. Thanks to Chris and Jake for being available to answer my questions this weekend while I was installing! You guys are great

So I didn't have a ton of time to try and haven't had a chance since, but my initial stab at trying to get through the firewall on my 3rd gen didn't go so well. Is there a good trick to getting through or am I just missing something? Maybe I just need more time with it, but I was hoping someone had some advice.

Everything else about it went super smooth and I love the way everything lined up so perfect.

    Thanks!

I used a shush kabob stick and black taped the wires to it real tight. Then, I ran it through the same hole that the hood latch wire runs through where the big wire harness is. I was skeptical when others said they did this, but it worked. Just pull it through there gently and it'll work.

Wire coat hanger or anything thin with some type of strength to it works to do this!

I used mine tonight for the first time on dark back roads on San Juan island... Spotted at least 10 red foxes, an uncountable amount of bunnies, 6 deer, and two raccoons on the 15 minute drive back from our beach campfire. It was really nice having all that extra light!
