Thinking about new wheels... ???

Being new to the Tacoma... I have a few questions ??? I'm coming from a f 250 so the Tacoma is new for me (I do have a '05 4 Runner that I bought new). I'm wanting to get some wheels, but don't want tires just yet since these are brand new! I currently have 245/75/16's on there and would like a rim to accomidate this size, but, be able to go a little bigger later on. What's a good looking wheel that will work well, be worry free with no fitting issues? Any info and pics are greatly appreciated. Also... I'm thinking black rims, but not against silver as of yet anyway...
