i meant to tell ya'll i went to lowes the other day and picked up the neatest little led work light. all the work lights i have are halogen which put out alot of heat. i found a compact led work light that will run off of both 110 and has an extra 16' cord that'll plug into a 12volt power outlet. it seems it wold be ideal for at home use and packing in your truck for trips just in case. for only $25 you can't beat it. i used it yesterday under truck and it was the best light i've seen to weld by

Dang, I was just a Lowes yesterday. Oh well, I'll look for the light on my next trip. Old eyes, need more light every year.

Picked up a nice DeWalt 715 for cutting wood. It came with a free stand, so I decided it was a better deal than the Hitachi they had on sale. Much better tool than the Craftsman I had to send back. Boy has Sears gone in the toilet over the last few years.

Wow, it's nice that he took the time to ruin your Sunday morning. That would be a tough one to respond to civilly, good luck. All I can think of is Spicoli...

Good reply. I would definitely keep a list of the rules for age discrimination and quote them to the idiot. Is he still pissed about the squirrel?

    Good day 50's!

This morning, I was invited to join my cycling pals for a 40 mile bike ride.

    It's 90+ degrees outside.

Apparently, I'm one of the smartest of my cycling buddies.

That is nice, wish I had gone with the high clearance bumper.

What a difference a day makes, the wind shifted and the humidity went up so the day turned out beautiful.

Not sure I'll even get a response. That's his way of dealing with being put in his place. He changes the subject and pretends nothing ever happened. Personally, I'm GOLDEN with the silent treatment. My first wife did that. She though it was eating me up when she would just shut up and not talk for a couple days. I was taking notes so I could do again whatever it was that got that response in the first case.
