    anyone ever toyed with the idea of swapping a hilux bed onto a Tacoma? I was in Aruba and they had an awesome looking bed on those with much more strength and functionality than the tacomas do! Curious as to thoughts on this

    They call them trays in OZ. They are retro-fitted because one can buy a new HilLux with no bed. It sure would be nice if Toyota would go back to a world truck.

    I agree the bedsides are no good on the tacomas for tying anything down although I do like the latches on the Tacoma tailgates better
