Nice bullet dodge

 

Screw taking these things off...ever.

 

It was a locally roasted coffee my in laws get. Ground it up and very lightly dusted the steaks. I could probably go a little heavier next time, but I'm very pleased how it turned out.

They look good though man! Side note: how the hell did you get your Camelbak bottle to fit in the cupholder? Mine only fit in the ones under the radio.

Alright so looks like my hot water heater just went out, had a nice sized puddle of water in the garage so cleaning that up and hooking up a hose to drain the rest. I have to check on the original warranty from the last owners if were covered or not. If not I'm looking at going tankless anyone have any recommendations or anything about them and installers maybe?

 

Back to the convection oven tomorrow

 

Is it leaking from the pressure valve up top or from the bottom?

The bottom along the metal seam ring, it's 11 years old from looking over inspection papers as there last one flooded there bathroom and office.

 

As with anything the quality of the ingredients is crucial. That and not over cooking the shit out of it.
