Not much yet, but do have Flowmaster exhaust, with Rockford Fosgate P600.1Bd 600 RMS Mono amp for my 12" P3 with custom box and a Punch P400-4 Four Channel amp for my mids and highs running 100 watts per channel and have two speakers on each channel, not to mention 6 more hooked to the 4 channels from the headunit as well....Hopefully soon will be a body lift with new tires, and eventually the actual suspension...
What's up guys and gals...I've had my Tacoma for a while, but only within the last year have I really started to customize it at all. I think part of that is due to the fact that I didn't pay it off until last February and honestly, there were a few times there over the course of my 5.5 year payment agreement that I thought I may not be able to keep it or was going to get it repo'd lol...Hate to say that, but hey it's true....BUUUTTTTT I did it, and made it through to the end, and here I am. So now, slowly but surely, I've started the customization process.

So, as far as my truck: I have a 2007 PreRunner 6 Speed, Manual Trans, 4.0, V6, TRD with the off road package...And that TRD package, I was kind of questioning, because I bought it used it 2009 and I wasn't sure if it really was the TRD or not....But from my research, I'm pretty sure it is....I have the electronic rear differential lock, and I have the Tow Hook on the front, not just the eyelet. I have repainted it since I've had it...It used to be like a maroonish red but it got keyed (twice), so the 2nd time it happened, right before I moved, I got it fully painted black with a blue pearl, idk, part of it was to hopefully deter whoever it was that hated me to key my truck, not once, but twice, and the other reason was just because I really never wanted the red. I really wanted a brand new, white 4x4, but they ended up talking me into the Red Prerunner. Half was because it was about 12,000 dollars cheaper with only 7K miles on it, still had the stick shift and TRD and my payments were like $450 compared to over $600 a month lol.....

And after I paid it off, I had the taillights tinted, and I painted the stock TRD rims a flat black...Actually I used Plasti Dip, but once it starts coming off, hopefully I have new rims by then. I want to do a 3" lift (I was skeptical, because it is 2wd and din't want to look like a poser tho, but i was like Fuck it.....) and I only have money right now for a body/spacer lift and will probably start with that until I can afford some shocks. And after I lift it I want to get bigger tires. I like the stock rims on there, but I don't know how big of tires will fit on there but I don't know much about it so I just want it too have that beefy look. I think maybe, what like, 35's...is that too big? I think if I've done my research right, I would like to get some 275/75/r16 or 17, not sure what my rim is....but if I have to get new rims, I may get 15's because I think they might be cheaper...so I could maybe do like a 285/75/r15 with some mud tires or some fat AT's or something...does that sound right??

Then I want to eventually get a cold air intake, but in California, KNN won't ship me an intake...what the hell!? So, what can I do? Is the TRD Intake legal here? Does it still sound as good tho? I have a flowmaster exhaust, but it almost sounds rice rockety. I have a single in and single out flowmaster, but it's not as loud as I want it...any suggestions there?

And I have done all my own car audio. I have a 600 watt RMS 12" Rockford Fosgate P3 with a custom box and a Punch 600 rms @ 2 ohms Mono Amplifer, and in the front doors I have Rockford Prime 3 way 6x9's with also Rockford Prime 1" Tweeters, and in the back I have Rockford Punch 6.5's...then in the backseat I made custom boxes for two more Rockford 2 way 6x9's and I have a Pyle 6" mid bass subwoofer also in a custom box but I will switch that out probably soon for a 6.5" or 8" Rockford. All those are hooked up to an external Rockford Punch 400 watt 4 channel amp. And each channel is wired at 2 ohms so it puts out 100 rms x 4 @ 2 ohms. Then I also have a pair of 4" Punch Highs, and 5.25" Punch mids as well and they are hooked directly to the Head Unit which is a JVC Double din with 22 RMS x 4 channels. I have them all wired with 4 gauge OFC wire with a Rockford 1 Farad Capacitor and a dist block.
Lastly, I am in the process of ordering the wire to do my BIG 3 upgrade which I have some questions. I bought 8 ft of 0 gauge OFC wire to do the engine wiring...I know that the battery ground is right there in front. And I"m pretty sure the pos. from battery to alternator is right there with the gry cap on it. I'll replace that and add a fuse...Then the ground from the battery to the engine I believe runs right tehre (black wire with gry stripe) down past the alternator toward the middle drivetrain and if you get under the drivers door towards the engine, it grounds right there under the engine....is that right? Or does that sound right, like maybe 3 ft of wire from the battery down under the engine? Then I will add one from the negaitive of the batt down to the alternator, to the left of where the Pos Gry Cap is....to the empty bolt there...Right? Does all that sound right? I bought Marine battery terminals with wing nuts to replace the factory ones. Should I leave the positive from alt to the battery or do u guys take em off? Also? What gauge is that factory or stock wiring, cause it looks pretty fat to be honest. The one from the pos. alt to the batt looks like it's probably like 2 gauge or maybe even 1 or 0 gauge. And the ground from the eng. block to the batt looks like 4 awg....I"m still gonna replace everything but what AMP is the alternator, do you guys know? Should I replace it? My system is 1000 watts exactly...600 for the sub and 400 for the mids and highs.

Ok i'm done, i'l stop there....sorry for the long ass message, I didn't expect to go that long. and If anyone has gotten this far, i'm surprised, but thank you!

Have a good one guys! TRD FOR LYFE!!! hahaha
