That's gst for you. That's more than I paid for my dcsb OR with put. I had to leave the Gulf states to do it.

I went up to 265-70-17 tires. No left yet, still trying to decide what I want to do. Dont want to raise truck up to much. Wheels are a +6 offset, have a little bit of rubbing on right inner fender well when at full turn hitting a steep incline.

Just picked my AC quicksand with prem. Tech up on saturday. World of difference over the wrx (still have it!). Love the truck, the color and the quiet cabin. 6 speed feels exactly like it should and I'm way too excited to have it.

New to this site, and look forward to learning from some very experienced Taco owners. We traded our 2014 Tacoma TRD, after test driving a 2016. Toyota has got this Gen done right! We have owned many Tacoma's, but this Quicksand TRD is Awesome, and so far I'm getting some great ideas for add-ons I had to search all over northwest Arkansas/ Missouri, found one. It's ours now.

I specified the same setup as you, and they had to order it for me from the factory! They tried to stick me in one shipping from two states away, and would have had 500 miles on it; I told nothing over 100 miles........I got it with 4 miles instead :)

I was ok with the miles. Mine had 378. It's not my first new vehicle, so I could deal with a few pre owned farts in my seats! Plus that gives me a few more miles of warranty!

I picked my 2016 Quicksand DCSB OR with Katzkin leather, tow package, tech package, etc today!

    IMG_4210.jpg

It fits in the garage with my Subaru STI very well (need to clean my camping etc stuff up, now, though!).

    IMG_4214.jpg

    Here are the seats...super comfortable!

    IMG_4182.jpg

I love the truck...worth the wait since I ordered it on June 2nd.

Topper looks awesome! Is it cheaper to have painted panels instead of glass?

I got the Leer 100XL topper installed about two weeks ago. Love having it, and the dog sure enjoys the ride much better in the bed!

It's a great combo! They each do what the other doesn't and the do it very well...yet they have a similar personality (sporty competent or something). I have had a 2004 STi, an 2006 STI, and now the 2008 STI which has a feature I can't find in a current model: it's paid for! You can't go wrong with the combo...

I really really like that look. Does the color match in sunlight up close (to your eye)? It looks perfect in the photos. Is that rack able to carry a little or a lot of weight? I think this is going on the short list of possible mods. Wow...
