    Jammed my thumb really bad yesterday playing flag football...coincidentally while jamming someone at the line...I thought it was broken but I was able to bend it and it hasn't turned any colors. It is swollen though :(. Can't really grip much or put pressure on it so I did legs today. Might just be leg week :militarypress:

    After finishing last week with 2 consecutive crappy days in the gym, I finally got back in the groove today with legs.

    I'm doing upper/lower this week, so volume is lower:

    front squats: 3 sets
    leg press (feet high for hamstrings): 3 sets
    leg press (feet low for quads): 2 sets
    lying leg curls: 3 sets
    leg extension: 2 sets
    calves & abs

    Legs still small, though :pout:

    dislocated my shoulder not too long ago so ive had to bench heavy oly stuff

    decided to go back into PL type lifting

    hit squats the other day, worked up to 375 which was my old PR. Shooting for 450 by 2017... ~3x bw would be cool


    also, anyone tried bone conducting headphones? shit's awesome
    got a set of aftershokz bluez 2s for the gym and running so i can still hear shit around me and they work great
