I've been given an offer of 15800 for the truck ..about 166k miles nothing wrong with it besides some trail rash...rack....tent....winch ....everything included.. the truck bluebooks for roughly 13k but I just feel like i'm losing out if I let it go for this much..thoughts?DSC_0668.jpg DSC_0779.jpg DSC_0375.jpg

Didn't you have it up for sale previously? It's a nice truck. The mods on the truck should increase the value to the right person. If you're not happy with the offer then just pass unless you're in a pinch to get rid of it.

Why are you questioning selling for $200 less? Sounds like a no brainier if you were willing to take 16k

For that truck I would have stuck to 18 and took 17.5 from the first person who offered.

Never make financial decisions based on emotion. Let it go. Buy a newer one and start a new relationship with it.

I think it takes a pretty special buyer to purchase a truck with those modifications. That probably narrows your buyers down quiet a bit.. If I was the buyer, I wouldn't spend 18k on that truck. I feel like 15,500-16,500 is fair for it. It'll probably go pretty quickly for 15k. If I was in a hurry to sell I would take 15,500.

If you put it back to stock it should be easier to sell, honestly you might even get just as much for what you can make look like a clean stock truck. Maybe keep the lift and tires, just for ascetic reasons.

That being said, first dibs on the Tepui :anonymous:

I agree..... If you've made a decision to let it go....
    Take the offer dammit!
Otherwise, drive it, and put all the miles on that truck.

I didn't read that he was offered 15.8k. Yeah I would have taken that. That's a pretty fair offer, lol. Actually, I don't think that offer is going to come around again for a long time :D

I'd pay about 15k just because of the millage is up there. At least that's what an average buyer sees.
