I recently bought a 2007 DCSB TRD offroad Tacoma. I want to lift the front a few inches to level it and get a little bit bigger tires. After reading a ton of threads on here, I decided the best way to go was the bilstein 5100's and new UCAs. However, I do daily it and I don't want to lose any drivability on the road day to day. Basically I just want to know if I buy these mods and lift it 2" will it drive the same. I don't want to put any more tension on the car, do I need to buy the differential kit to raise it up? Or is that unnecessary for a 2" front lift.

2" is modest, you could even get away without UCAs if you wanted. Stock Pro/Baja are both 1.75" front lift from the factory with stock UCAs. Good choice in height for a daily driver. (I went 1.75" Baja).

You do not need the front diff drop.
