I'm still in it. I was on travel all last week. I went from 202lbs to 203 today.. That usually happens even if I am diligent with my diet and manage to get some exercise in. Hopefully I can watch it this week and get down to 200lbs. Would really like to get below 200lbs by the end of the month..

Still somewhat around but my goals have slightly changed. I'm still around 162-164 but I'm trying to put on muscle so I doubt I'll be losing weight anytime soon.

That's when you stop looking at the weight number and start focusing on body measurements and, more importantly, how you feel. You'll notice it when you actually start building more strength and muscle mass.

How I just read this is that you are either, having trouble carrying the kegs, and/or trouble doing the keg stands. :D

Just a bunch of old crap
Still in this. Fluctuating every day because of training and hydration, so it's hard to tell from the scale where I'm really at. Performance is at my best in 20 years, but my weight isn't as low as it was back then. Go figure. I'm down 4.4# since we started, but muscle mass has definitely improved.

Next week is my big hike in the Sierras. 48 mile thru-hike, so I expect to get a little into ketosis and burn some fat while I'm out there. Combined 15,000' elevation gains across 2 passes and one summit (Mt. Whitney). I expect I'll bounce around for a few days on the scale until my body regulates again, though.

It has also come to my attention that I may have subconsciously set some rather unrealistic standards for myself on this too... The curse of playing video games that let me customize my character pretty thoroughly I guess.

I keep having to remind myself now that I will NOT look like this anytime soon, and not without putting in the work :p So lesson for the day is to be aware of what outside things are skewing your perception of how you are doing and how you look, particularly when it comes to losing weight and getting in shape!

HIIT today consisting of a jog for warmup, sprints, jumping jacks, bear crawls, push-ups, and ab work, definitely got some good cardio in.

    enough to have fun
Wow! Awesome thread! Subbing to this.

    Height: 5'11"
    Current weight: 254 lbs
    Goal: 200 lbs
Lightest: 183 lbs from running track and football

After freshman year of college I went from 225 lbs to 190 lbs from working labor jobs and always being active. Then slowly as I started becoming more involved at school I started gaining weight. Fast forward to senior year, and I decided to cram a computer science minor into that year. No sleep, no time for fun, and poor eating habits. I eventually got to 240 lbs when I graduated. Then October of 2015 I broke my collarbone mountain biking and I gained the last 10 to my current weight. Now that i am out of school, I want to get back into shape. I started running again, and I'm riding more trail than downhill biking.

Started taking vintage burn and eating smaller portions. I'm about a week in and feel pretty good!

Also this is about my 3rd or 4th week doing intermittent fasting. I have my usual shake and coffee at about 7 am. Continue about 2 more cups of coffee into about 8-9 then switch to nothing but water. I generally get off work at 6 go to the gym (yes even injured there's no reason not to unless you physically can't) train for about 60-90 minutes then come home and pig the hell out. Works great because I'm always the hungriest at night even if I eat all through the day. Maybe something for some of you try if you find yourself not having time to eat a healthier meal or what not through out the day.
