I see lots of pictures of trucks on this site that have had 16 wax jobs in the first 6 months of ownership. That is not me. So let's see some pictures of some trucks that are being used and abused. Post em up!

Technically not from the fun stuff, but I still have some of this mess on my hood from the trees at work... Does that count? :p

Seriously though, I don't really have my pinstripes yet. Gonna get there someday soon, though!

I wash my truck every Friday. It gets dirty and then when I go to fill up it goes through the wash. Nothing wrong with a clean truck.

I hose the chunks off once in awhile. And if it gets super muddy I'll knock off the mud so I don't get rust. But those Pinstripes don't come off with a wash, buff is needed and I don't remember the last time I buffed any truck.

I liked my pinstripes, but I waxed most of them out last week so I could start again fresh.

Done any hiking or wheeling around the Ruby mountains? Was flying over there once and saw the Tarns at the top of the range, thought "man that would be a cool place to hike up to"... wonder also if there were any fish in those little water holes.

I stare at them out my bedroom window every morning when I wake up. I live at the base of them and yes, there are fish in most of the lakes, mountain goats, deer, few bighorn, and Himalayan snow cock.

Can you drive to the summit or is it a long tough hike/climb? I'm guessing there are roads to get you at least part way up.

The main part of the Ruby's are a wilderness. So no roads to the top. However there is a paved road up Lamoille canyon that gets you close enough to the top for lots of trail hiking and peak bagging. Lots of lakes and peaks within day hikes of the trailhead and many more overnight opportunities. For wheeling opportunities head to the south end of the range. There are not the lakes down there but lots of BLM and FS roads.

I did not intend for this to turn into a Nevada BS Thread. However, I am glad to see all you Nevada boys (and girls @nevadawolfe) showing up! I sometimes feel like every other Tacoma owner is from California or Hawaii! Glad to see the Silver State represent! Keep it up.

Had to google Snowcock. Looks like a relative of the Chukar.
