I mounted mine on the A-pillar with DYF mounts. You have to drill holes in the metal under the door.

Maybe you could find some magnetic mounts....

Maybe. You'll have to get pretty creative though. You don't have to drill anything doing it Kurt's way. Especially if you trade weather strips with him.

It's a roof one and I'm guessing it's about two or three years. I got it from newlife and it's the same one Levi has.

Building a truck is way more fun than stripping one. This sucks. Bumper and sliders Sunday. Compressor/wiring/switch last night. Wheel spacers this morning. Probably pull the shell later. Did I mention this sucks?

There's a business right down the street from where I work that the owner has a collection of 21 Land Cruisers. 2 are Canadian issue diesels. One is a '79 model with 3300 miles on it.

His Daily Driver is an '83 Toyota pick up. I'll try to get some pictures.

I'll be selling my factory roof rack soon too if anyone isinterested. I'm going to sell it cheap, but I'll need your factory strips to replace on mine. If anyone is interested, let me know.
