You'd be surprised how different some of our frames can be!

@Pelfreybilt Is there a recommended weight limit for the swingout, especially when open? Already have 33" spare and 5gal Jerry can, looking to add a 6lb propane tank and possible a dual Jerry can mount in the future. Not sure if there's a recommended max weight while the swing out on open. Thanx.

X2 This would definitely be good to know as I've placed an order for HC w/Swingout, and dual Jerrey cans.

I've got a 60" on mine, fits like a glove. The lock I am using is a python cable lock sold with Yeti coolers, has enough cable to secure the spare and go though one of the notches on the hi lift

...as i recall last fall i used a 5lb hammer to get the bumper holes to line up with the frame. no adjustment as i saw it, and i don't see the need for any, but the one wingnut can ding the tail gate panel if i don't crank it down tight.IMG_0022.jpg

Sorry, just saw this. We have released the non gate version but are still working on the gate version. I did one and was not happy with it so were pulling back and dialing it in til its perfect.

    Thanks

My order that should be arriving in Maui nxt week, nights have been the few remaining HC Swingouts to be made. Interesting to see what improvements are made when you get things dialed in

We don't rate them but I personally tow 6-8k regurlarly. We over build them to be sure they exceed the factory rating to be on the safe side.

Hey Tyler, do you sell your "frog leg" rear fender supports separately?
