Fried a resistor for a halo

I Fried a resistor in a halo anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

 

Is there two pairs of wires to that resistor? Do you have a pic of the other one that's still working? I can't say I've ever seen one like that and I work on manufacturing equipment for a living. That being said a radio shack or u do it electronics store may have something similar. Allied electronics is another one but you'll need the resistor value to replace it.

 

What halo manufacture?

 

If I'm properly recognizing that part (due to owning something similar), that is not a resistor. Rather, it's an IC LED driver, most likely a constant current driver, which is much more complicated than a simple resistor. If you can take it apart, and it's not too burnt, you can identify the parts and build your own. If not, you will need to get one from the original manufacturer.

 

Yeah I'm not sure what brand halo it is to be honest I purchased them off another TW Member on here. He said it was a resistor... hopefully not an IC led driver any help is appreciated
