Just finished driver side bearing install spring install and upper control arm. Had to get a new axle since I buggered up the threads on the old one. Going to keep the old one as a trail spare. Just got to find a way to tap and die the old one.

Take it to a machine shop. Ask them to chase the threads. More than likely only charge you like 20$.

You'll be thrilled to know there won't be any dust there this weekend.....It's supposed to start raining tomorrow morning and we're expecting 3" to 4" by mid day Friday.....Then a good chance of rain Saturday and sunday. Dirty Turtle mud is slicker'n grease and it sticks like glue. Hardest mud to wash off I've ever seen. I helped cut all of what is now the perimeter trail back when I was still racing dirt bikes. First trail on the property.

If they aren't boogered too bad you might be able to chase the threads out with a detail file, then thread a nut on back and forth a few times to clean them up. I've had good success with that when I thought I really screwed something up. Use a lot of lubrication.

    Need installed pics.
