I assume you might be in California? What do you need to do to pass a smog test since you have a Fuel Cell? I have heard of guys having issues when they try to pass an emissions test since they didn't have the stock fuel tank.

Be careful with having a registered out of state vehicle and a Cali License (I assume you have). One of my buddies registered his built T100 in Arizona because it wouldn't pass CA emissions. He got pulled over and they impounded his truck and he had to pay back registration fees/ taxes. I know some of the Highway patrol guys are particular about that especially the owners of RV's. They usually register them out of state because it is cheaper/ dont need inspections.

Military personnel are pretty much the only exception.

    Good Luck!

The new build aka "Taquito". It's no RebelTaco, but I picked it up because most of the hard work is done. It needs some paint, some cleaning up, and refreshing the front end bushings, but overall a good base to start a fun little build. 6 lug 2.7L 5 speed Prerunner, Total Chaos 3.5+ LT, Giant Link Killer rear SUA. Need to add hydro bumps, spindles, and some fresh coilovers up front. Rolling on 35x12.50x17s.

New front bumper is currently being built by Nick at SNF as well.

All I know is that it was purchased last spring from someone in Las Vegas, moved down to the beach in San Diego for a year where it collected surface rust, and now I own it :D

Thanks! Feels good to get back in a Taco. The 4 banger is definitely a change, but with new gears and maybe a URD supercharger in the future, hopefully this truck will scoot a bit more than it currently does.

@The Traveler talk to @jberry813 about the giant kit and some of the stuff to look out with it. I know he had issues on his when it had the giant stuff on it.

So glad you're back in a taco!
