Looks good. I really want one again, i used an eezi awn for a short time and it was fantastic to have. The whole not needing support legs part was the best.

What i've seen over the years, is the more the cops try to crackdown on those hooligans, the more they push their luck. Never seems to end well

Yup. Its just unfortunate that they sold their "protest" or whatever they call it as a ride to unite and bring attention to all motorcyclists. Obviously they only hurt the cause.

In FL, the LAWMAKERS changed some fines on violations (having a license plate mounted vertically instead of horizontally) to a $1k fine and usually that was not passed down to the LEO on the streets until after it had changed. Didnt help anything. Same thing with wheelies, they created/adjusted the statute to be a $1k+ fine, which only caused more issues. Unfortunately the ones who make the rules are so far detached from the real world to make a difference.

When I lived in MD, there was a no-pursuit policy for motos. Some friends took advantage of it but on the contrary, I feel like some of the guys that would mess with cops, did so less b/c they know they wouldnt get chased. Which sometimes is the goal..

when I was living in GA, they just didn't play games. If you were riding like a dick, endangering other people, etc, the GSP would chase you to your death. sometimes literally. I heard so many police heli horror stories from buddies I rode with. Perhaps that's why I started getting into track days when I moved from MD to GA ;)

I just dont know why we cant all get along!

I think/assume it was the same day as the "demonstration" but I saw some guy just riding a wheelie WB on 6th for a while. He was going speed limit'ish, with few cars around him not endangering anyone. No harm, no foul. It's all about judgement (on both ends).

    Exactly. There's a time & a place. Don't be a douche.

The other day similarly, I was driving around on 44th and a dude on a little supermoto clutched up a little ~20mph wheelie for a block or two. No one else was around and it didn't bother me a bit :notsure:

Power sliding through an empty abandoned corner only helps your knowledge of the handling of the vehicle. Do the same thing in a populated or crowded area...you deserve a little reminder to not do that again. But I digress. I need to go wind the rope on the winch, but I know its going to be hot out there.

eesh. I've got a box fan just blasting at my desk right now. Distilleries aren't the easiest places to keep cool in the summer :annoyed:

I decided to go back out and install it yesterday after getting home and almost nixed that plan when I felt how how it was. But thankfully there was SHADE!

I've been putting off installing some more lighting for the whole sun/heat thing. I'd really like to use the lights this weekend though so we'll see what today looks like.

On another note, any recommended things to see or do down in the buena vista area? We're heading down to BV, going over to taylor park res, then tincup, over to st elmo and hiking princeton w the pup. That's the tentative plan that the lady was okay with for anniversary weekend. I'm supposed to research and see if there are any cool thangs we missed
