    Who said they hated you? If anything I would say more are trying to help you. Trust me I've been way more than where you are/were. I was 410 last year and now 220. Cardio isn't the only way to lose weight. Hell you can eat less food and still lose weight without ever stepping foot In a gym. Do I do cardio. Your bet your sweet little ass I do but I enjoy it and it's not my only form of losing weight. Mine is 90% in the kitchen and the rest I do at the gym. I love riding my bike, and jogging. But I equally if not more love lifting weights. So scoot your bmx loving ass back over here and revel in the mass that is bathroom lighting, supplementation, test boosting and live it up.

    Had a team meeting today with a couple people I havent seen in a few weeks and got told I look more muscular than the last time they saw me. I'll take that as a win today. But then we had a potluck and I ate pretty poorly so that was my loss, evening out the day.

    Did something to my shoulder today at work. Not sure what it is. Feels like my other shoulder did when I had bursitis. Hurts to lift it at all. Weird thing is, it hit suddenly when I was picking up a piece of 2'x2' cardboard.

    Been working killer hours this week trying to finish up trumps hotel in DC. Haven't lifted since Sunday morning when I did deadlifts and arms. Leaving for ocean city tomorrow so I'm sure it's going to be a shitshow.

    However my diets been on point to make up for the lack of gym time.
