OME setup needing some answers

supsup, I have OME setup 885 in front with 90000 shocks, and 3 leaf aal in rear. it may sound like im BSin, but I did gain lil more mileage about 20 more miles from full tank to quarter. before 240 miles now its 260 miles from full to quarter. but after lift I notice that when I drive the shift is off. like when I drive 40mph the rpm is at 1100 and sounds like a diesel, so is lifting my truck making it different on driving?? I still have 245/75/16 on my truck but just letting it run bald before getting new tires, and wanting to see if 265/70/16 will counter the RPM, or 265/75/16 will help. thanks for the advise

 

Your lift has nothing to do with how the truck is running. You must have made a slight change in your driving style.

As for the tires, I prefer how my truck drove with 265/75/16 tires over stock. Your speedo will be accurate too.

 

This. Ride will definitely change but not engine performance.

 

I unno maybe just different driving, at least got extra 20 more miles lol
